Who is responsible

FlowNova AI Automations is not yet a registered company. The data controllers are its two partners, acting jointly: Alejandro López García and Daniel Rodríguez Borreguero, based in the canton of Zurich (Switzerland).

For any privacy matter, email us at contact@flownova.ai. When FlowNova is incorporated, we will update this page.

What data we process

• If you use the contact form: your name, your email, your company name if you give it, the topic and your message.
• If you email us: your address and whatever you tell us.
• When you visit the site: your IP address, browser and the pages you request, which our hosting provider logs for technical and security reasons. The form function uses your IP for a few minutes, in memory only, to limit abusive submissions; it does not store it.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse of the form: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• As we are based in Switzerland, we also process data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you and we never sell or share it.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need for the site and email to work, who process the data on our behalf:

• Web hosting provider: hosts the site and the function that sends the form.
• Email delivery provider: delivers the message generated by the form to our inbox.
• Email provider: the inbox where we receive and answer messages.
• AI assistant provider: helps us organise the inbox and draft replies.

Transfers outside the EEA and Switzerland

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland. When that happens, transfers take place with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision where one exists.

How long we keep it

As long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If we do not end up working together, we delete the conversation at most twelve months after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and as the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from the site itself. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, or to take it to another provider. Email contact@flownova.ai and we will reply within the legal deadline.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).

Security

The site is always served over HTTPS, and access to the messages we receive is restricted to the partners and the providers listed above.
